Song "Jennifer" on Artist Spotlight Compilation CD - February 16, 2008
The song "Jennifer" from Cosmic Wheel is on the Artist spotlight CD that has been circulated to radio stations throughout North America and Europe. It is the brainchild of the Music Resource Group and The Planetary Group and has done quit well since it's release 3 months ago picking up over 300 adds on College radio alone. I've been contacted by several College station recently telling me that "Jennifer" is climbing their charts. It can't "chart" because there are no sales to track since the compilation is not for sale but it can register adds (stations that have set the song aside for air time). We are quite grateful for the air time and the exposure!
Review in Roctober Magazine - February 11, 2008
The Touch The Sky CD has been reviewed in Roctober issue #44. It's a good review, you can read it on my website under press/reviews. Roctober has a circulation of 5,000 to 10,000 worldwide. I found the magazine itself quite entertaining, sarcastically truthful and humorous. I also have a link on my site set up to there site.

New CD Is Now "Out" - May 15, 2007
After many months of painstaking sweat and fears, my new CD is now finally out and selling. The physical CD at cdbaby.com and the trunk of my car, the digital variety at itunes so far, the rest of the digital world soon to follow (napster, rhapsody,etc.). It's called "Touch The Sky" with 16 songs all recorded in my cellar. So far people really dig "Sydney", "Touch The Sky", and "Carpetbagger Cowboy". People tell me they get a big kick out of "Gettin' There's Half The Fun", They say it's upbeat and funny. It was fun making the CD, I hope people enjoy it.

New CD To Be Released Soon - January 8, 2007
Alot of people have been inquiring about the new CD. I'm titling it "Touch The Sky". Well, the good news is I'm almost done recording it. The bad news is I don't know when it will be available. I'm thinking late February. Please keep in mind I not only write the songs and sing, I play and record all the tracks, market, promote and tour out of my basement. My wife does the CD art work. The manufacturer makes the final product with lead times, etc. I'm not complaining, it's really alot of fun. I'll try to keep you all posted.

Back Home After The Tour - October 23, 2006
I Got home yesterday morning after driving from Bellingham, WA. The gig at Western Washington University was a lot of fun - Thanks for having me! The drive home was un-eventful for a time. I stayed over night in Yakima, WA. on Friday. They were having a dog show, so it was nearly impossible to find a room. Stayed at the Best Western. The drive was going really well ( 81 to 82 M.P.H.) until I got to Elk Mountain on I-80 in Wyoming. About 60-80 miles of blizzard. It seems like everytime I hit that stretch of Highway it's some sort of major weather event. Any way, I'm home safe and sound. Thanks to everyone for making my tour such a blast!

Kurdt Cobain-Aberdeen, WA - May 1, 2006
The Gig at GHC was outstanding! Thanks to the students for having me and for singing along and being such a great audience. I also went to a place in Aberdeen called Hubb's Muffler of HWY 101. The welcome sign to Aberdeen has the town motto "Come As You Are", very fitting. The owners wife there at Hubb's set up a cool little memorial for Kurdt right there in the garage with authentic memoribilia from his life. Mr. Hubb also said she knew him many years, grew up with him really. I gave them a copy of both my CD's as payment for the tour. I also went up and saw Cobain's home. He grew up off Market Street on the corner underneath a bridge by a river that empties into Gray's Harbour. A very clean, well kept neighborhood of older, surprisingly small homes. Kurdt Grew up in an extremely humble environment. I always felt a kinship with Kurdt. We are essentially the same age, on a musical journey ( his ended tragicly and too soon). I am a poor kid from Peoria, Il. and Kurdt was a poor kid from Aberdeen, WA. It made me sad again to think he's gone, yet thankful for all that he gave us.
